Danielle Sperry is a dietitian and fitness expert who has built her career on a simple conviction: that the body is capable of far more than most people are ever shown. That belief led her to build Hydra Heal, a mobile IV wellness company she grew from concept to a thriving practice. It also led her to found Modern Longevity in 2026 with a sharper focus on the tools she finds most transformative: Peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight loss medications and hormone replacement.
